Aminu Auwal Sani obtained his LLB from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2014 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 prior to these he obtained a Diploma from College of Islamic and Legal Studies Ringim.

He worked with SUBEB Jigawa State for 16 years and transferred his service from SUBEB Jigawa to Ministry of Justice, On 3rd July 2018 where he is currently working as a Senior State Counsel .

He is skilled in litigation and drafting
