Muhammad El-Usman obtained an LL.B from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 2011 and was called to the Bar in 2013.
He did tutelage with the famous chambers of M.M. Kashim & Co, a firm of legal practitioners in Dutse. In 2014 he transferred his services to the State Ministry of Justice as Senior State Counsel and he rose to become a Principal State Counsel. He also served as Assistant Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Dutse branch in the 2016 – 2018 Exco. He was appointed as Special Assistant to the Honourable Attorney General/Commissioner for Justice, a position he is still occupying. He is appointed Justice of the Peace (JP) in the year 2019.
He is proficient in Computer Appreciation, Database Management and Desktop Publishing with special interest in use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and CorelDraw.
