MURTALA ISAH ABUBAKAR. obtained a LL.B from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto and was called to the Bar in 2010.

Mr Abubakar worked under the Jigawa State Ministry of Education as Principal Education Officer from 1997 to 2012 where, later was transferred to Ministry of Justice in 2013 where he rose to the rank of Chief State Counsel.

He was Currently appointed as Secretary, Jigawa State Board of internal Revenue, by His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Jigawa State on the 03/07/2020.
