Umar Abdullahi Fagam was called to the Bar in 2016 (July Batch) after obtaining his LL.B from Bayaro University Kano in the year 2013. Prior to that, he attend A.D Rufa’I College of Legal and Islamic Studies Misau, Bauchi State in 2001, he obtained Diploma in Sharia and Civil law in 2003.
Before joining the the services of Jigawa State Ministry of Justice Umar Abdullahi Fagam works with Jigawa State Local Government Service Commission from 2002 to 2017. Umar Abdullahi Fagam joined the services of Jigawa State Ministry of Justice in 2017 as Senior State Counsel in 2017.
He specializes in both Criminal and Civil Litigation, Legal Drafting.
